Incoloy 825 legering (UNS N08825/W.Nr. 2.4858) er modstandsdygtig over for generel og lokal korrosion under forskellige forhold, hvilket giver legeringen bred anvendelighed.
Anvendelser omfatter kemisk behandling, forureningskontrol, olie- og gasindvinding, syreproduktion, bejdsningsoperationer, oparbejdning af nukleart brændsel-
håndtering og håndtering af radioaktivt affald. Denne legering har gode mekaniske egenskaber ved stuetemperatur og høje temperaturer op til 550 °C. Certificeret til trykbeholdere med en fremstillingstemperatur på 450 °C.
